During the Committee´s meeting it was stressed that the Bill (Reg.№3182) envisages "the introduction of the amendments to the current law, according to which its force is not to be spread on the relations during which the exercise of the state control measures in the sphere of the road traffic safety takes place.
During the discussion the People´s Deputies emphasized the need of determining of the term "road traffic safety" "in order to avoid the exercise of the state control measures in the sphere of the road traffic safety".
It was mentioned that the principles of the Law "On Main Principles of the State Supervision (Control) in the Field of Economic Activity" are implemented during the supervision for the economic activity of the subjects of the market participants and for the inspections of the abidance of the road rules by the drivers the principles of the Laws "On Road Traffic" and "On Motor Transport" and "On Militia". That is why there is no need for introduction of the amendments.
